Staying at the Rutland Arms Hotel was an absolute pleasure. the late check out option allowed us to relax and enjoy our morning without feeling rushed. the ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver for getting our clothes ready for a night out. the heating was perfect, keeping us cozy during the chilly evenings. the fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils made it easy to whip up a quick meal. the electric kettle and tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch for a relaxing morning. Overall, the attention to detail and the excellent customer service truly exceeded our expectations.
